About the Role – Ramp Team Leader
As a Ramp Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding ramp staff during aircraft turnaround activities. Your role will ensure safety, efficiency, and smooth coordination across all operational teams.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise Ramp Operations: Manage safe and timely loading/unloading of aircraft deadload according to standard procedures.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate ground staff, ensuring proper communication and teamwork during flights handling.
- Safety Monitoring: Identify hazards, enforce safety rules, and report any incidents or irregularities to duty managers.
- Aircraft Checks: Inspect contact points of aircraft on arrival and departure and notify management of any damages.
- Coordination: Work with other airport departments to ensure on-time completion of turnaround processes.
- Reporting: Conduct shift briefings and prepare accurate operational reports for management.
