Purpose of the Role
The main objective is to provide safe, courteous, and efficient assistance to travelers. Passenger Attendants help passengers with check-in, immigration, baggage-related support, and ensure smooth movement throughout the airport.
Main Responsibilities
General Duties
- Offer polite and efficient service to all passengers
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
- Comply with airport safety guidelines and ICAO regulations
- Represent Sharjah Aviation Services with integrity and professionalism
Passenger Support
- Assist inbound and outbound passengers
- Support elderly, disabled, and special needs passengers

Floor Assistance
- Proactively walk around assigned areas to support travelers
- Coordinate porterage and related services
Immigration and Baggage
- Guide passengers to counters and smart gates
- Assist with visa and document-related questions
- Help passengers locate baggage belts and resolve baggage concerns
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
Experience
- Minimum 1 year in a customer service role (preferably in aviation, hospitality, or travel industry)
