Job Role – Customer Sales and Service Agent
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, customer service, and travel. As a Customer Sales and Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling reservations, ticketing, and travel-related queries.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve queries professionally.
- Promote dnata products, loyalty programs, and destination services.
- Maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage ticketing and reservations in line with airline policies.
- Suggest alternative routes, carriers, and travel classes when required.
- Guide customers on travel essentials such as visas, insurance, and health requirements.
- Maintain accurate records as per internal audit standards.
- Perform pre-flight checks, special service requests, and queue monitoring.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Completed 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, ticketing, or reservations.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and telephone handling skills.
- Good geographical knowledge and numerical ability.
- Experience with airline reservation systems and dnata Front Office system preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Languages: Fluency in English required. Knowledge of Arabic or other foreign languages is a plus.
