Cabin Services Assistant Role – Overview
The Cabin Services Assistant ensures a premium onboard environment by maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of Emirates’ A380 First Class Shower Spa — a signature feature of its world-renowned First Class cabins. While CSAs do not serve food or drinks, they play a vital role in supporting cabin crew and ensuring First Class guests enjoy an exceptional journey.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and refresh the A380 First Class Shower Spa for every guest.
- Ensure high hygiene standards across lavatories in First, Business, and Economy Class.
- Support in maintaining the premium onboard lounges.
- Carry out regular checks to meet Emirates’ high-quality service standards.
- Uphold professionalism and customer service excellence throughout the flight.
- Education: Minimum of 10 years of schooling (or equivalent qualification).
- Experience: At least 2 years of customer service experience in hospitality, aviation, or luxury hotels.
- Preferred: Background in housekeeping within hospitality.
- Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
- Additional Advantage: Prior exposure to in-flight service or related roles.
