Job Role – Production Supervisor
The selected candidate will manage and supervise production processes, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and timely delivery. The role requires excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily production plans following SOPs and quality guidelines.
- Allocate manpower and resources to achieve targets effectively.
- Conduct team briefings and assign responsibilities to shift leaders.
- Maintain accurate shift-wise documentation of production activities.
Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and halal standards.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to resolve issues promptly.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of production staff.
- Address grievances and escalate critical HR concerns when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Food Technology (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role within food manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of food safety systems, lean manufacturing, and process improvement.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
