Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and station operations, including parcel sorting and outbound dispatch.
- Coordinate and monitor the arrival of shipments from line-haul vehicles and manage unloading and receiving procedures.
- Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Supervise courier teams to guarantee timely delivery performance across multiple service areas.
- Ensure accurate Cash-on-Delivery (COD) handling and reconciliation with the finance department.
- Generate and analyze daily operational reports to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Resolve customer and courier-related issues quickly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Plan optimized delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce operational delays.

Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of work experience in courier, logistics, or last-mile delivery operations in the UAE.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and ability to prepare detailed tracking and reporting sheets.
