Key Responsibilities
- CCTV Monitoring & Incident Response
- Monitor CCTV systems in real time across clinical and non-clinical areas
- Review recorded footage when incidents or queries arise
- Identify suspicious behavior, safety risks, or policy violations
- Maintain detailed incident logs and escalate concerns promptly to management
- Access Control & Visitor Management
- Control staff, patient, visitor, vendor, and delivery access points

- Territory and Perimeter Control
- Conduct scheduled patrols inside and outside the facility
