Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will handle a variety of operational and customer service tasks, including:
- Maintaining and updating operational systems such as MARS and TCC platforms
- Processing transport booking requests with complete and accurate data entry
- Coordinating with service providers to ensure timely transportation schedules
- Managing calls, emails, and service requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Acting as the first point of contact in chauffeur-drive and pilot arrival lounges
- Recording and allocating complaints or feedback for resolution
- Conducting spot checks on vehicle conditions, driver grooming, and service quality
Supporting cost-effective resource utilization across transportation operations
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a UAE-based logistics, transport, or car rental company
- Strong customer service experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple operational systems efficiently
- Additional foreign language skills will be an advantage
