Applications are being invited under the new expatriate rehabilitation scheme NORKA Assisted & Mobilized Employment or NAME scheme, which is being implemented by the state government through NORKA ROOTS with the aim of providing employment to returned expatriate Keralites in enterprises in their homeland. The vacancies are for the posts of General Manager, Senior Technician, Service Manager, Customer Care Manager, Senior Service/Body Shop Advisors, Senior Relationship Manager, Senior Warranty in Charge, and Deputy Manager. Expatriates who have worked abroad for more than two years and have not returned to their home country for six months and do not have a valid visa can apply. 15 years of work experience is required for the post of General Manager, five years for the post of Deputy Manager and 10 years for other posts. The employer who hires expatriates will receive a maximum of 100 days of salary compensation for a year through the scheme, based on the terms and conditions.
