Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service at check-in, boarding, lounges, and arrivals
Assist with transfers, visas, baggage claims, and passenger queries
Coordinate with cargo, fueling, and ground handling teams
Ensure safety and security compliance
Support on-time flight departures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service
- Knowledge of airport operations, baggage handling, and check-in systems
- Familiarity with safety standards and Dangerous Goods Regulations
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
