Customer-Facing Roles
- Airport Services Agent (EK/dnata) & marhaba Services Agent
- Assist travelers during check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
- Ensure smooth service and support for VIPs, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with special needs.
- Represent the Emirates Group brand by maintaining service excellence and wearing the official uniform.
Back-Office Role
- Contact Centre Services Agent
- Respond to customer inquiries about flights, bookings, and services.
- Communicate through calls, chats, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
- Fluency in multiple languages such as Arabic, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, or Czech is an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: High School Certificate or A-Levels.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (additional languages are beneficial).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
- Willingness to wear the company uniform for customer-facing roles.
