Role Overview
The Occupational Health Nurse will provide healthcare services to company staff and their dependents. The role includes medical evaluations, workplace safety monitoring, health awareness programs, and emergency response services.
Key Duties
- Conduct pre-employment and annual health assessments for aviation staff.
- Evaluate employee fitness, mental health, and overall wellness.
- Support workplace safety initiatives in collaboration with management.
- Provide health education and communicate medical policies clearly to staff.
- Carry out health checks for airside driving license approvals.
- Monitor employees exposed to workplace hazards and conduct regular screenings.
- Administer prescribed treatments, vaccinations, and emergency care.
- Maintain detailed and confidential medical records as per policy.
- Coordinate with emergency services during urgent medical situations.
